Mr. Zhang Xuan holds a medical bachelor of Tianjin Medical College and a MBA of North Park University (Chicago). After working in Creative Group, Indiana Branch and Geistlich China Pharma for many years, he accumulated rich experience in project management and marketing strategy development. He joined Hua’an Zhonghui in 2012 and worked as marketing manager and market R&D director successively. Since 2022 he has served as Senior Deputy General Manager and is responsible for the company's marketing management, and product strategy planning.

Mr. Huang Dong is graduated from the Central University of F&E of China with a double bachelor's degree and acquire the Chinese Certified Public Accountant qualification certificate. With the working experience in Grant Thornton Accounting firm, Sinopec, and Wanda Group, he has a comprehensive professional knowledge in finance and accounting and rich experience in IPO practice, corporate management, and capital market operations. He joined Hua'an Zhonghui as deputy general manager in 2019, and is responsible for the company's financial management and capital market strategic planning.

Mr. Fan Xiaolei is graduated from Tsinghua University with a major of finance and used to serve in Natixis Bank Shanghai Branch and the Export-Import Bank of China successively. After being engaged in the financial industry for many years, he acquired a deep understanding of the capital market and rich experience in risk control management. In 2021 he joined Hua’an Zhonghui as deputy general manager and is responsible for the company's operation management, long-term strategic planning, and human resources management.
